Ten minutes, taken apart.
Everything the diary shows is built from one unit: ten minutes of one person's work. This is one of them, from 15:10 to 15:20, drawn to scale.

What it keeps, and what it never does.
The extension's privacy policy says the same, in more detail.
It keeps
- How much of every ten minutes the computer was in use, and how much it sat idle.
- Screenshots of the shared screen at random moments, one to ten every ten minutes on average. You choose the number, for everyone or for one person.
- The time on each website, and the time spent outside the browser.
- When a screenshot shows another program, that program's name.
- What the person writes they're working on.
It never
- Records which key was pressed, what was typed, or where.
- Records anything on a phone.
- Runs before Start work or after Stop.
- Takes a screenshot quietly. Each one shows a notification on the computer, with a button to delete those ten minutes.
Each person sees their own diary.
Other people's diaries are for the owner, admins, and any role you give the work tracker view. Every look at someone else's day is written to the audit log.
- Their own diary, screenshots includedEvery ten minutes, with what was in front and what they noted.
- Delete their own ten minutesAnything from the current week. The screenshot goes and those minutes leave the total.
- A reminder when it's offChecked in but not started, and the phone says so after 15 minutes.
You checked in at 14:02 and the work tracker has not started. Press Start work in Chrome on your computer.
- Everyone's day, week and trendOr only their own departments, for a role with team reach.
- Daily targetsHours per person per day, shown as a share and green once reached. Leave and holidays don't count against it.
- Who is working nowActive, idle or paused in the last minute, and the site in front.

Delete these ten minutesFive parts stay off until you switch them on.
Each one is its own switch in Settings, off until an admin turns it on.
One photo at the first Start work of the day. The person sees it first and can retake it, or start without one.
One extra screenshot within a minute, with the usual notification on their computer.
Their shared screen, a new frame every few seconds, never saved. Their computer says "Your screen is being viewed live".
A frame every 30 seconds, played back as the day. The person can watch their own.
Find which screen showed a word. The text is deleted with its screenshot.
Read a day, a week, or twelve weeks.

An hour to a row, ten minutes to a tile, low tiles in amber.
The week
Each person against their own usual, never against each other.

AI summary
Up to six lines that describe the day and never judge it.
Tracked 6 h 40 m between 14:03 and 21:52, 71% of it active, 25 minutes more than his usual. Most active from 15:00 to 16:00. Most of the time went to the seller dashboard.
It is given the day's numbers only: no name, no screenshots, no page titles. It compares a person with their own usual, never with anyone else, and it won't call anyone productive or lazy.
What it doesn't do yet.
- Chromium browsers only. Chrome, Edge, Brave and the others built on Chromium. There is no Firefox or Safari version, and no program to install on the computer.
- The phone can't start it. Start work happens in the browser on the computer.
- Outside the browser it sees less. It knows the computer is in use and, from a screenshot, which program is in front. It doesn't count keyboard and mouse use inside other programs.
- Screenshots are kept for 30 days unless you change it. The active and idle numbers stay after the pictures go.
