A connected agency workspace

AI that starts with your work.

Turn the context your agency already has into a clearer briefing, a practical plan and a draft worth reviewing. Connected to the work. Guided by your permissions. Always yours to decide.

LESS CONTEXT SWITCHING. MORE CONTEXT.

The useful part of AI?
Knowing where the work is.

Agency work rarely lives in one message. It lives across the project, the client, the conversation and the people doing it. Qubeq connects those records, then puts AI beside the moment you need help.

Thanks, Marcus. The compliance copy still needs Emily’s approval. I’ll follow up on that while Daniel finishes mobile QA.

Once those checks are complete, we can review launch readiness together.

BUILT INTO THE WORK

One workspace.
More than one way to get help.

Focused AI actions beside the records they support. Availability follows your deployment, model connection and enabled capabilities.

01

Ask about the workspace

Find the work behind a question: overdue tasks, leave, client context or how a setting works.

Assistant · web & staff app
02

Brief the day

Bring current project facts together, with an optional generated summary when the model is connected.

Daily operations
03

Plan the project

Turn a supplied brief into task suggestions. Review and select the work before it reaches the board.

Projects & tasks
04

Prepare a useful draft

Start a client message, quotation, knowledge article or invoice note from the relevant context.

Client & business workflows
05

Understand the working day

Describe a person's day or the team's week against their own history. A summary of activity, never a ranking.

06

Keep the conversation moving

Draft replies, translate a message or catch up on a channel. Review suggestions before sharing them.

HOW THE PIECES FIT

A clear path from your records
to your decision.

  1. 01

    Your question

A question, a brief or an instruction in your own words.

  2. 02

    Scoped context

The relevant workspace records your role can access.

  3. 03

    AI assistance

A summary, a suggestion or a draft when a model is connected.

  4. 04

    Your review

Check the source, edit the draft and choose the next action.

The permission boundary stays in place.

An owner and a team member ask from different scopes. Client context follows the access of the person asking.

The decision stays with a person.

Task suggestions and client drafts need review. AI does not independently send the update or decide what belongs on the board.

Your deployment sets the controls.

Your administrator configures the provider and fallback model through deployment settings. Manage supported monthly usage limits and switch individual AI capabilities off.

TRY IT WITHOUT A KEY

A safe place to explore.

The reviewer demo pairs an isolated fictional workspace with scripted AI examples. See the response, edit sample task drafts and add the ones you choose to your own demo board. No provider connection, customer records or shared API credentials are needed.

A FEW STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Know what to expect.

Can I change the prompt?

Yes. Connected-model workflows take your question, project brief or draft instructions. The website and reviewer demo use fixed, clearly labelled examples; they do not run a model or answer custom prompts.

Will it send a message or create tasks automatically?

No. Review the client draft before sharing it. Task suggestions are added only when you explicitly choose to apply them.

Does it browse the web?

Workspace answers use the records available inside Qubeq, rather than a general web search.

Does everyone see the same context?

No. Workspace role and client access determine the records available to the person asking.

What if a model is unavailable?

The daily briefing can still show workspace facts. Generation-dependent actions show an unavailable state rather than a fabricated answer.

Can we choose where AI is available?

AI capabilities have controls in the workspace. Model connectivity and available usage limits depend on the deployment's configuration.

Ask it about your own work.

On the call, we'll put a week of your work in and let you ask.
