Last updated 13 October 2026. These terms are between Qubeq, 3rd Floor, Mahbul Alam Heritage, Hasem Bazar Rd, Aturar Dipu, Amin Jute Mills, Chattogram 4211, Bangladesh (we), and the business that uses a Qubeq workspace (you). Using Qubeq means you accept them.

1. The service. Qubeq is a workspace for running an agency: its people, its clients and its money, with the apps and the work tracker your plan includes. Your workspace's owner decides who is in it and what each person may see.

2. Your data. What you put in your workspace is yours. We use it only to run Qubeq for you, and we don't sell it. Your workspace's owner can export it, and set its backups, in Settings. To work, Qubeq sends some of it to services we use: email, phone notifications and, when someone uses an AI feature, the AI provider your workspace uses.

3. The work tracker. If you use it, you tell your people what it records and make sure you may record it where they work. What it records is in its own privacy policy, linked from its page.

4. Fair use. Don't use Qubeq to break the law, send spam, or get into another workspace or account. We may suspend a workspace that does, and we'll tell its owner why.

5. Payment. Qubeq is priced per person and billed by invoice, monthly or yearly. A month that has started is not refunded; cancel, and the workspace runs to the end of the paid month. On a yearly plan, cancel within 30 days of the first payment for a full refund; after that the year is not refunded, and the workspace runs to its end. People added during a period are billed from the day they join, on the next invoice; people removed are billed to the end of the period. We tell you at least 30 days before a price changes. If an invoice stays unpaid 30 days after it is due, we may suspend the workspace until it is paid.

6. When you leave. For 30 days after the paid period ends, the owner can sign in and export the workspace. Within 30 days after that, we delete it, backups included. Ask us and we'll delete it sooner.

7. Availability. We work to keep Qubeq running at all times, but we don't guarantee uptime, or that nothing can ever be lost. We try to warn you before planned work stops the service.

8. Liability. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost business, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes. We may change these terms. We tell your workspace's owner at least 30 days before a change that affects you, and the date at the top changes with it.

10. Law. These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh, and a dispute goes to the courts of Chattogram, Bangladesh.
